MackLabs ("we", "our", "us") collects the following information when you use our applications:

• Account information: Name and email address via Google Sign-In.
• Location data: Precise GPS coordinates when employees clock in/out (Timesheets app only). Location data is used solely to verify work attendance.
• Photos: Images uploaded through the Site Photos app are stored securely and linked to project estimates.
• Usage data: Time entries, work hours, and business operation data entered by authorized users.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information exclusively for:

• Authenticating users and managing access to the platform
• Recording and tracking employee work hours and locations
• Managing business operations including estimates, invoices, and job scheduling
• Storing and organizing site survey photos

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely on encrypted servers hosted by Railway (cloud infrastructure provider). Photos are stored on Cloudflare R2 with encryption at rest. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties. Data is only accessible to authorized users within your organization and the platform administrators.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent for location tracking

7. Location Data (Mobile Apps)

The MackLabs Timesheets app collects precise location data only when you actively clock in or clock out. Location is not tracked in the background. You can revoke location permissions at any time through your device settings, though this may affect the ability to record time entries.
